Morrison Developmental Center currently has 39 staff with experience and skills in numerous areas benefiting children and adults with disabilities.

• The average length of time at the agency is five years.
• All programs have a high staff to student ratio.
• All programs work in a team approach to benefit each student or adult to his or maximum potential.
• All staff in the preschool and school programs are appropriately licensed and certified by the Department of Education: special education teachers, early childhood teachers, Education Technicians, Occupational, Speech and Physical Therapists and Registered Nurse.
• All staff in the adult programs have passed the Direct Support Professional standards set forth by DHHS.
• Other staff have particular expertise areas, such as horticulture (for the Greenhouse program) and culinary preparation (for the adult programs).
